It is important to properly maintain your Overhead Door tension Cables so that you don’t get stuck in your garage.

Garage Door Cables are under a lot of tension from the Tension Spring putting pressure on the Garage Door lifting system. If your Garage Door won’t go up there may be a problem with the door cables spooling up properly.

Larger Overhead Door systems will have a stronger torsion cable, and smaller lighter garage doors will have a smaller cable.
